This website is operated by Julia Frank, a sole proprietor doing business as Frankly Labs, based in Steinbach, Manitoba, Canada. I am a computational physics researcher, software developer, and content creator.
This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and protect personal information through juliafrank.net, including the contact form, newsletter subscription, and any linked YouTube content.

The contact form is built into this WordPress site and form submissions are stored in the WordPress database. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not added to any mailing list without your separate consent.
Newsletter Subscription
If you subscribe to my newsletter, I collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name. This information is processed through Kit (formerly ConvertKit), a third-party email marketing platform. By subscribing, you consent to receiving periodic emails from me. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email I send.

YouTube
My YouTube channel (Julia Frank) is hosted on YouTube, a platform operated by Google LLC. When you watch, comment on, or interact with my videos, your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and YouTube's Terms of Service. I do not independently collect personal data through YouTube.
Analytics
This website uses MonsterInsights (free version), a Google Analytics plugin for WordPress, to understand how visitors use the site. Data collected includes pages visited, time on page, and general geographic region. This data is processed by Google LLC under their privacy policy.
